Returns & Refunds

Only items that are unopened and defective from the factory can be requested for a return within 14 days of shipment.
You must obtain RMA authorization from our support department before returning the goods. Returns without an RMA will be rejected.
Customers bear the cost of return shipping, except for confirmed manufacturing defects. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Upon verification, the refund will be transferred to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The clearing of a warehouse sale is the final sale.
